A drawer that, in the homes of the women in our family, was never opened by mistake, only with intention and care.
Inside, precisely folded, the vintage designer silk scarves that had accompanied every season of their lives. Hermès, Dior, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent: not mere accessories, but objects capable of telling the story of an era, an aesthetic, a precise way of being in the world.
When we reopened those drawers, we asked ourselves: what if that story could continue in a new form? And that is how the idea was born to transform every designer scarf into a unique artisanal bag - giving these extraordinary pieces a second life without erasing their original value.
MM33 was born in Milan from that question and everything that followed: months of research, trial and error, and a process of subtraction - removing the superfluous to exalt the essence of each scarf in its purest form.
We perfected a special production process to create Italian artisanal bags in which original designer silk meets the finest Italian lambskin without either losing its identity. Every bag we create, from an Hermès, Chanel, or Dior scarf, is an authentic and unrepeatable piece - not a reproduction, not a tribute.
Between the intuition and the result lies a territory made of dedication, ingenuity, and necessary mistakes. We traversed it entirely, because we knew what we wanted to achieve: handmade bags in Italy that were worthy of the extraordinary materials from which they are born.
