Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or with a "Try before you buy" option. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, which you can use to manage your subscription. Please refer to our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or coming-soon product for which inventory is not yet available. At checkout, we may not collect any payment, or we may collect only a partial deposit and store your payment method, then fulfil the order and charge the full amount — or remaining balance — at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy When you purchase an item with the "Try before you buy" option, we authorise your payment method before the order is fulfilled. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. After that period, if you have not returned it, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
