Return policy

Customers agree to return the products within 14 days of receiving their order. All costs associated with returning the products are entirely borne by the customers, including customs duties and shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

EUROPE
Standard delivery in 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over €300.
For smaller orders, the shipping contribution is €19 for bags and €9 for accessories.
The express courier shipping contribution is €40 for bags and €20 for accessories.

REST OF THE WORLD
Standard delivery in 3–6 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over €400.
For smaller orders, the shipping contribution is €25 for bags and €15 for accessories.
The express courier shipping contribution is €60 for bags and €30 for accessories.
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes.
As the recipient of the order, you will be responsible for paying these amounts directly to the courier, if requested, to allow for customs clearance of the goods. Since we cannot calculate the exact amount in advance, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for further information.
In the event that an order is blocked, seized, or abandoned for reasons beyond our control, a refund cannot be issued. This may occur, for example, if:
• the required customs documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• payment of applicable duties or taxes is refused;
• the recipient cannot be reached or delivery is unsuccessful.
