Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: it must not have been worn or used, it must have all original tags attached, and it must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom or made-to-order products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
