Return policy
Customers agree to return the products within 14 days of receiving the order. All costs associated with returning the products are entirely at the customers' expense, including customs duties and shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

EUROPE
Standard delivery in 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping is free on orders over €300.
For smaller orders, the shipping fee is €19 for bags and €9 for accessories.
The express courier shipping fee is €40 for bags and €20 for accessories.
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard delivery in 3–6 business days.
Standard shipping is free on orders over €400.
For smaller orders, the shipping fee is €25 for bags and €15 for accessories.
The express courier shipping fee is €60 for bags and €30 for accessories.
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes.
As the recipient of the order, you will be responsible for paying these amounts directly to the courier, if requested, to allow the goods to clear customs. Since we cannot calculate the exact amount in advance, we recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information.
In the event that an order is blocked, seized, or abandoned for reasons beyond our control, a refund will not be possible. This may happen, for example, if:
• the required customs documents are not provided within a reasonable time;
• payment of applicable duties or taxes is refused;
• the recipient is unreachable or delivery is unsuccessful.
